Both. Plants that run a lot of sanitary tube usually sign a standing agreement so we hold response time and rates. One-off calls are fine too — we just need a PO.

What's a realistic response time for a breakdown?

For plants within a day's drive of Dade City, FL we can usually be on site the same day or by the next morning. For long trips we'll quote a flight plus a local rental and give you a real ETA.

Can you cover scheduled shutdowns?

Yes. Most planned shutdown work — tie-ins, equipment swaps, CIP loop additions — gets scoped weeks ahead, prefabbed in our shop, and installed during the window so the line restarts on time.
